Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and receive specialized packaging instructions.
Prepare for Transit
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping and crating to ensure the leather remains pristine during the return journey.
Scheduled Collection
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for professional item pickup from your home.
Inspection and Refund
After our artisans inspect the returned piece at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
